Ecorosarium

Sightseeing

Ecorosarium is located 2 km from the marina in Kamien Pomorski in the Kamien Bay, 5 km from a wide, sandy beach in Dziwnowek and only 2 km from a small, natural beach at the Bay.

Kamien Pomorski is a county town, one of the oldest towns in West Pomerania, situated in an outstandingly picturesque area at the Kamien Bay, 8 km away from the Baltic Sea. The name of the city comes from an enormous boulder lying in the waters of the Kamien Bay, near the northern shore of Chrzaszczewska island, therefore the name Stone on the Sea (Kamien Pomorski). The giant stone is 3 meters above sea level and has a circumference of 20 meters.

Kamien Pomorski is located at only 90 km from the city of Stettin and 220 km from Berlin. You can reach Kamien Pomorski by taking the national 107 road, joining the International Road E-65 or by choosing a railway connection between Szczecin and Swinoujscie. The ferry terminal in the harbour of Swinoujscie, 50 km from Kamien Pomorski, offers various connections to Scandinavia and Germany. The airport in Goleniow is situated within 50 km of the town. A total of almost 17.000 people live in the commune of Kamien Pomorski, near 10.000 live in the town itself.

The Kamien Bay attracts sailing and rowing lovers as well as fishing fans. The Kamien Bay is connected to the River Dziwna and only 8 km from the Baltic Sea. Excellent wind conditions on the Bay along with the new sailing infrastructure give great opportunities to organize various sailing competitions, making Kamien Pomorski a flourishing Polish center of sailing regatta.

Near the Baltic Sea in West Pomerania you will find endless, clean and sandy beaches. The beautiful Baltic Sea will surprise you with endless beaches, steep cliffs and stunning nature. But you don't have worry if you want to go out. Just visit one of the trendy beach towns like Miedzyzdroje or go clubbing in the city of Stettin. You can also go hiking along the shoreline between the various beach towns. Surrounded by tanning tourists at first, you can find yourself on an empty, sandy beach just an hour later. Just ask us for the best spots and the most beautiful beaches, we know them all!

West Pomerania is one of the most diverse and attractive tourist areas in Europe. Unique is the 185 km long coast with clean, sandy beaches, surrounded by dunes and cliffs. But the beaches are not the only attraction of the region, varied by a unique post-glacial terrain sculpture. The many lakes and the dense forests are a challenge for every adventurer. Hikers, cyclists and mountain-bikers can discover the forests and the open fields, while the Kamien Bay and Drawa river awaits sailors and fishermen. Even hunting is possible, but the animal lover prefers to hunt with his eye, for example for the Polish Bison, the white-tailed eagle or other countless and unique animal species. Numerous golf courses, a horse track network and horse breeders complete the diversity of the area. Apart from natural attractions West Pomerania offers its guests extraordinarily valuable historic heritage. In almost 30 museums you can learn about the history of West Pomerania, while the many churches, castles and remaining relics of town settlements will take you back to Medieval times.

We also offer interesting cycling routes of various lengths and degrees of difficulty in the area. Explore the sleepy villages and ancient Medieval churches, cycle through impressive forests and along cliffs near the Baltic Sea shore. Mountain-bikers are welcome too, with many impressive tracks on the post-glacial Wolin island.
